Booster Club meeting scheduled for March 4

Caldwell Athletic Booster Club will be having its regular monthly meeting on Monday, March 4, at 6:30 pm in the High School Commons. Items up for discussion will include:

-Concession wrap-up from Powerlifting and Softball
-Upcoming track meets and volunteers
-Spaghetti drive-thru lunch
-Athletic banquet planning

Additionally, we will be asking for sport-specific volunteers to sign up to aid in coordinating activities for the coming year. If you would like to volunteer in this capacity but cannot make the meeting, please comment below and indicate which sport you'd like to help coordinate. We need help organizing concessions, planning events, collecting orders for spiritwear, informing the Booster Club of events and scores in order to publicize them (and much more) for the following sports:

Football, Cross Country, Volleyball, Girls and Boys Basketball, Powerlifting, Tennis, Softball, Baseball, Golf, and Track & Field

We would also like several Middle School representatives, so if you know of anyone who may be interested, please pass this along to them.

Your participation in Booster Club activities is important. All money raised goes back into the program in the form of meals, equipment, uniforms and much more. Our goal is to help ensure the future of Caldwell Athletics; come be a part of it!

Giving back to Caldwell Athletics

Caldwell Athletic Booster Club proudly supports middle and high school athletics. During this school year alone, substantial funds from memberships, concession sales, spiritwear sales and other fundraising activities have gone directly into all of the following programs at both schools:

New weight room mat purchased in 2012-13
  • Football
  • Cross Country
  • Volleyball
  • Basketball
  • Powerlifting
  • Golf
  • Softball
  • Baseball
  • Track & Field
  • Tennis

As parents, fans and community members, please invest in our athletes by supporting the Booster Club's various programs. Our purpose is to raise funds; doing so allows the purchase of new equipment, new uniforms, and team meals for athletes who travel to out-of-town events, including games and tournaments.

Help us to spread the word that supporting Caldwell Athletic Booster Club initiatives directly benefits all athletes within Caldwell ISD. Each time you buy a membership, each time you purchase spiritwear, each time you volunteer for an event, it helps our local athletes.

Booster Club meetings are typically held in the High School Commons on the first Monday of every month. If you would like to volunteer or would like to be placed on an email contact list for various Booster Club activities, please email tracystone.cabc@gmail.com.
